I learned a lot in this class. I had no computer skills , and this class taught me how to go outside my boundaries and try different things. Being remote has many challenges, but you made it interesting. The three topics that I found the most interesting are art therapy, learning about the artists and the virtual museum visits. Art therapy is a mental health approach to allowing people to express themselves. I had difficulty with the sketchbook, because my drawing skills are limited. However, for people who have difficulty expressing themselves in other ways, it is a wonderful outlet.
